Precision People came to us with four brands that they wanted amalgamated into one fresh, all-encompassing brand that would set them up for the future.
Brand values and vision were our starting point as it meant we could focus in on their ethos for the design. We found this to be the most genuine and natural way to rebrand without straying from their roots. A recruitment company’s main aim is to search for talent, so we used the classic search bar for inspiration as we thought it tied in nicely with the brand for a logo design.
We redesigned their website to tie in with the new brand and developed multiple creative campaigns to help with their digital presence and grow their social media following into thousands. The company has since grown from 8 people to 40 strong.
