AirHop
Bringing customers bouncing back.
AirHop has five trampoline parks across the UK and Germany… some of the biggest in the world. The parks have become the go to day out for kids and big kids.
Challenge
AirHop’s websites were not performing as well as they needed to. Their brand identity was tired and desperately in need of a makeover. Their brand had lost its meaning, and just didn't connect with its audience anymore. It was confused, lacked consistency across all channels, and negatively impacted customer bookings.
The websites also did not function well for AirHop’s marketing team. Simple tasks like updating content were time-consuming and frustrating, and parts of the admin areas were unusable.
Solution
To really make a difference, we delved into what made the ‘AirHoppers’ experience of the parks so special, and reflected this in the look and feel of the refresh, whilst maintaining a familiar feel so that existing customers still felt connected to their happy place!
We then applied this logic to the user experience across the websites, creating clear customer journeys that enable users to easily choose, book, and buy a session. We’re also continuing to support AirHop by maintaining and hosting their websites.

What AirHop say
Sandra Zerr, European Marketing Director | AirHop
“We had the pleasure of working with Map on a complete brand refresh and to relaunch our four websites across two regions and in two languages.
Map were an absolute dream to work with – they went above and beyond to deliver an excellent and professional service, and we honestly can’t recommend them highly enough. Considering we set out with an extremely tight time frame, the websites were delivered almost to schedule - with only slight delays on our part - and Map consistently adhered to the project timeline and deadlines whilst being proactive, flexible and incredibly helpful with the multitude of additional requests and questions that inevitably arose throughout the project.
Creatively, we were hugely impressed with the new branding that they designed – they took what was there and breathed some life into it, so it felt fresh for us but still familiar for our customers. The process was collaborative whilst adhering to the brief that we set out together, so much so that we were able to sign it off with very few minor tweaks. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Map and continue to do so as they assist us with the maintenance of our new websites.”
